it's rainny season in japan. people use an umbrella, when it's rainning. BUT, wait a minute ! they use it even it's beautiful sunshine. especially women use it to protect their skin from sun. it's called "HIGASA" HI=sun,GASA=umbrella, some HIGASA(parasol) can be used for rainny day and sunny day(with uv cut) both.
